Application Support Specialist
Join our team as a Application Support Specialist in the department.
Key Responsibilities
Full knowledge on the company's applications, systems and modules.
Communication of the customer project plan and officially confirm the dates of the tasks
Respond to all customer inquiries on the channels of communication with them.
Daily follow up registration within the same day of the visit or the communication through the PM or CRM company tools.
Weekly follow-up of all clients for each account manager and follow-up.
Timesheet management by submission and approvals for the managers.
Explanation and cooperation with colleagues in the internal training process for the work team on the company's products
Indoor/Outdoor system & technical support
Mobile applications training
Create and update modules checklist
ERP+ complete system support FAQs, what is new and troubleshooting.
Review/Upload data sheets and data migration
Record training videos for modules and the explanation to the customer
Works on following up on the projects assigned to him and ensuring the smooth running of work in them..
Works on communicating with the different departments to solve problems facing customers if necessary..
Add customers' CRs and issues to the internal ticketing system and deliver to customers
Implementing the executive plan to deliver and implement a project
Explanation and training of the whole company applications & modules.
Customer requirements collection and documentation
Follow up the customer confirmation and approval of the analysis document
Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Years of Experience: 2
Experience supporting ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, HR, Inventory). Knowledge of APIs and system integration. Experience with cloud-based ERP systems. Customer service mindset and attention to detail.
