Backend Senior

Join our team as a Backend Senior in the department. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and server-side logic for ERP applications. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable backend solutions. Optimize system performance, database queries, and server-side processes. Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices. Troubleshoot complex backend issues and provide solutions. Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams. Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Participate in architectural and technology decisions. Document backend systems, APIs, and development processes. Support deployment, integration, and monitoring activities.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Years of Experience: 2

Proven experience as a backend developer in ERP or enterprise systems. Strong experience with server-side languages (Java, C#, Python, PHP, Node.js, etc.). Deep knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, and server-side architecture. Experience with ERP systems or enterprise-level applications is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to mentor junior and mid-level backend developers. Knowledge of performance tuning, caching, and database optimization. Understanding of security best practices for backend systems.
