AI Dev Junior

Join our team as a AI Dev Junior in the department. 

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI and machine learning models for ERP applications. Integrate AI solutions with ERP modules and backend systems. Analyze business data to build predictive and analytical models. Implement automation and intelligent workflows within ERP systems. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and data teams. Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Monitor and improve deployed AI solutions. Prepare technical documentation and model reports. Stay updated with AI, ML, and data science trends.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Years of Experience: 2

Experience in AI/ML development and model deployment. Strong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering. Understanding of databases and data pipelines. Knowledge of APIs and system integration. Familiarity with cloud-based AI services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience applying AI to ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, HR, Forecasting). Knowledge of NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics. Experience with BI tools and data visualization. Understanding of ERP business processes. Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
